Delivery to your destination

Send your product selection, quantities, shipping country and postal code. Our reply will outline the available delivery arrangement for those goods and your destination. Include a requested arrival date if your selection is for a scheduled event or launch.

Dispatch, packing and charges

The quotation covers expected dispatch timing, shipping method, delivery estimate and transport charges. We also provide packing information, any split-shipment arrangement and the address details needed by the carrier.

For shipments involving taxes, duties or import formalities, the order terms identify each party's responsibilities. Delivery timing follows the stock and transport arrangements for the order.

When goods arrive

Use your order's product and quantity list when receiving the goods. If packaging is damaged or items are missing, keep the packaging, take photographs and contact us with the order reference and affected SKUs.
