When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information in your message. This may include your name, business details, email address or phone number, message content, product SKUs, sizes, quantities, shipping country and other inquiry or order details.

Keep messages relevant to your inquiry. Please omit payment card details, passwords, identity documents and other sensitive information.

Purpose and basis

We use your information to answer product questions, provide delivery details and manage related business correspondence. The basis depends on the request: steps you ask us to take before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, or compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

Include the email address or phone number receiving the messages. We will stop those follow-ups; correspondence needed to handle an existing inquiry or order may continue.
